Prerequisites #

• Ensure you have activated traffic reporting in all your stations on Netpap.See here Activate traffic monitoring.
• Install telegram on your phone and laptop.

To nominate a staff account to receive notifications.

Go to users->Search staff account ->Click edit user details.

Tick default company user button at the button section.

Click save

Return back to the profile after saving,A button has appeared displaying Click to connect to Netpap monitoring bot

Click the button an you will be redirect to our telegram bot
